Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Licensed Therapist for the Greenburg, IN area to deliver psychotherapy to adults, adolescents and children in a Community Based and Clinic Outpatient setting. Provide evidence-based interventions and complete assessments and treatment plans within established timelines.

Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field and licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAC) required, with 3–5 years of behavioral health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Licensed as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC.
• 3–5 years of experience in behavioral health; experience with evidence-based practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties.
• Maintain timely/accurate clinical records per policies.
• Collaborate with clinical team and community referral sources.
• Complete assessments (ANSA/CANS) and reassessments on time.
• Complete treatment plans and clinical service authorizations promptly.
