Job summary

NaphCare, Inc. is seeking an experienced Licensed Counselor/Therapist to work within the Arizona Department of Corrections in Phoenix, Arizona. This role offers a competitive pay range of $36.00 to $42.00 per hour, alongside a generous $7,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees.

The successful candidate will collaborate with medical and correctional staff to enhance patient care, while also documenting evaluations and treatment plans. Candidates are required to have a Master's degree and an active LCSW or LCMHC license. Selected candidates will enjoy comprehensive benefits starting from day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience in mental health care.
• Knowledge of mental health and co-occurring substance abuse disorders.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to the Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Document mental health evaluations and treatment plans.
