Job summary

Centerstone in Florida seeks a licensed therapist to provide individual, family, and group counseling in community-based settings such as client homes, hospitals, schools, or offices.

You will conduct assessments, develop and update treatment plans, and document progress in the EMR. Collaborate with partners, provide crisis intervention, and link clients to additional services as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field required.
• Four years' professional experience in mental health/substance use setting preferred.
• Licensure: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT-MHSP or Licensed Psychologist/School Psychologist.
• Valid FL driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling in community-based settings.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and update treatment plans with client/family input.
• Conduct clinical behavioral health assessments and document in EMR.
• Provide crisis intervention services in the community.
• Refer and link clients to additional services; advocate as needed.
