Clinicians provide services aligned with best practice guidelines, including evaluation and individual, group, family and couples' psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Care is delivered through an integrated, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented model alongside interdisciplinary teams. The role offers the opportunity to build a meaningful career in community mental health with strong clinical support, supervision, ongoing training, and a mission driven culture focused on whole person care and positive outcomes for the communities we serve.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*** Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.* Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team* Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.* Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.* Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.* Complete all assessments, including ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.* Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of the service provided.* Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES*** Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.* Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.* Utilization and knowledge of evidenced based interventions.**QUALIFICATIONS** **Education Level*** Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.* Obtain and maintain CANS/ANSA Certification**Years of Experience**Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred.
