Therapy Center Houston is a therapist-owned group practice delivering evidence-based mental health care to adults, couples, and families. Clinicians are supported with marketing, billing, scheduling, and intake, allowing focus on clients.

The practice offers a full caseload with steady referrals, competitive pay (50–110/hour; full-time clinicians earn 110K+), ongoing training funds, CEU reimbursement, and 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT or Psychologist.
• Experience or strong interest with adults and/or couples.
• Availability for at least 2 evenings weekly or some Saturday hours.
• Willing to work with Therapy Center Houston as sole private practice during employment.
