Job summary

Forgehealth is seeking a dedicated mental health provider to join our West Deptford, NJ office. You will provide best-in-class services to individuals dealing with addiction and mental health issues, conducting assessments and offering psychotherapy in both in-person and telehealth formats. This role requires a valid NJ license and a Master's degree in a clinical field.

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted license in New Jersey as a LCSW or similar credentials.
• Masters Degree in a clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related discipline).
• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to adult populations.

• Conduct clinical intakes, comprehensive assessments, and treatment planning.

Who we're looking for

A passionate, dedicated, sharp mental health provider who wants to be part of a growing, collaborative team. As a Clinician, you will be providing best in class mental health services that will be delivered in person and via telehealth, designed specifically to treat addiction and mental health conditions for the populations we serve. This position sits in our West Deptford, NJ office and reports directly to our Clinic Director. As a client centered organization, your schedule will be aligned with the needs of the community and determined in conjunction with your direct manager. All clinical positions are in person Monday-Friday, and require a minimum of two evening shifts per week.

Compensation range: $60-85k. This salary range reflects total compensation, which includes base compensation, but does not include benefits and other company perks. Exact compensation may vary based on licensure, skills, experience, and location.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain a full outpatient caseload providing individual psychotherapy
• Conduct clinical intakes, comprehensive assessments, and treatment planning
• Facilitate or co-facilitate MH IOP groups and support admissions as programming launches
• Provide in-person clinical coverage within the West Deptford clinic
• Collaborate with internal Forge providers, including medication management and program staff, to coordinate care
• Support continuity of care during planned staff leave periods
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with NJ regulations
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and program development initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

What you'll need

• Valid, unrestricted license in New Jersey as a LCSW or similar credentials including LPC, LSW, LAC, or LMFT
• Masters Degree in a clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related discipline)
• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to adult populations
• Experience with group facilitation preferred
• Experience in IOP settings and/or Medicare credentialing preferred
• Familiarity with New Jersey behavioral health regulations and clinical documentation standards
