Who we\'re looking for

A passionate, dedicated, sharp mental health provider who wants to be part of a growing, collaborative team. As a Clinician, you will provide best-in-class mental health services delivered in person and via telehealth, designed to treat addiction and mental health conditions for the populations we serve. This position sits in our Doylestown, PA office and reports directly to the Executive Clinical Director. Your schedule will be aligned with community needs and determined in conjunction with the Executive Clinical Director. Please note, all clinical positions require a minimum of two evening shifts per week, which may be in person depending on community need.

Compensation range: $55-75k total compensation (base plus benefits and other perks). Exact compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, and location.

What you\'ll be doing
  • Facilitates traditional outpatient and intensive outpatient programs and services for mental health conditions and substance use disorder, including individual and family therapy, as well as case management for a caseload of individual client services.
  • Assess clients for co-occurring and mental health needs using DSM criteria.
  • Complete initial assessments and assess appropriate level of care.
  • Obtain and review records relevant to the current treatment episode, and contact relevant referral sources, family or outside systems as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain treatment plans and revisions in conjunction with the care team.
  • Coordinate with discharge planner regarding continuing care and discharge recommendations.
  • Document all counseling services in clinical records and maintain necessary administrative logs.
  • Complete state-required work for clients on your caseload.
  • Participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team and attend case management meetings.
  • Conduct individual and group counseling.
  • Communicate with family members, attorneys, EAPs, doctors or other outside resources as needed, within consent to release documents, and document all communications.
  • Initiate releases and contracts for safety or other necessary documents.
  • Provide crisis intervention and other functions as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What you\'ll need
  • Valid, unrestricted license in Pennsylvania as a LCSW or similar credentials including LSW, LAC, LPC or LMFT.
  • Additional licensure and/or certifications preferred: CADC/LCADC, EMDR, or similar.
  • Master\'s degree in Social Work or a similar field.
  • 2+ years working with mental health and substance use populations.
