Qualifications

Job description

Horizon Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist for our outpatient mental health clinic called Thousand Branches Wellness in San Diego, CA to join our team! This clinical position is responsible for day‑to‑day clinical operations of the assigned location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to clinical assessment, group therapy, individual therapy, interdisciplinary treatment planning and other clinical interventions as deemed necessary. Clinical operations will be offered both in person and virtually.

Thousand Branches Wellness will provide outpatient mental health services including Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Medication Management, and Individual Therapy.
