Job summary

Hickory Recovery is seeking a Therapist (Licensed or Eligible) to provide individual, group, and family therapy under the Clinical Director. You will manage a caseload and conduct biopsychosocial assessments, contribute to treatment planning, and participate in multi-disciplinary care.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree and Indiana licensure or eligibility (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PSY.D, LPCC) with at least two years in behavioral health; residential experience preferred.

Therapist (Licensed or Eligible) – Hickory Treatment Centers at

Department: Clinical

Direct Report To: Clinical Director

About the Role:

• The Therapist will serve as a direct clinical professional providing individual, group, and family therapy.
• Under the immediate supervision of the Clinical Director, Therapists will treat a selected caseload of clients suffering from behavioral health and addiction related issues. These clinicians must be able to perform biopsychosocial assessments, participate in multi-disciplinary treatment, and discharge planning for clients.

Job Qualifications:
