Qualifications

• Masters level clinical degree.
• Licensed as LCADC/LSW/LAC in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 0–3 years of direct services in co-occurring treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual sessions and process groups.
• Facilitating family sessions and psychoeducational lectures.
• Working with the Clinical Director to support clinical growth.
• Ensuring compliance with Joint Commission standards and NJ licensure criteria.

This position facilitates the substance use disorder recovery process for clients in a trauma informed care setting that promotes a strong team environment of support. The schedule for this position will be full time, and $50,000-$60,000 annually.

Job Responsibilities

include, but are not limited to:

• Providing Joint Commission standards and New Jersey licensure criteria to all aspects of treatment and documentation.
• Conducting individual sessions, facilitating process groups, family sessions, and psychoeducational lectures.
• Demonstrating knowledge and application of ASAM criteria and NJSAMS.
• Working with the Clinical Director to assure guidance and support for clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Masters level clinical degree
• Licensed as either an LCADC, LSW, or LAC in New Jersey
• -3 years of direct services in co-occurring treatment preferred
