Our group practice handles the business side so you can focus entirely on high-quality patient care.

We're seeking a motivated and collegial Licensed Therapist to join our growing practice. This full-time position requires a minimum of 18 clients per week and is ideal for therapists at various stages of their careers who value autonomy, collaboration, and the ability to focus on clinical work while supported by a strong administrative infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical intakes and diagnostic evaluations
• Provide individual therapy (and group therapy, if interested) to adolescents and/or adults — this is strictly a psychotherapy role; psychological testing and assessment are not part of the job
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EHR
• Collaborate with medical providers, schools, and families as appropriate
