Rite of Passage is hiring a Licensed Therapeutic Manager for the South Florida Youth Academy in Miami. The role develops and oversees case plans and treatment programs tailored to high‑risk male youth aged 14–18, delivering individual, group, and family services under the Clinical Director.

You will supervise living staff, ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance, and contribute to program development.

Formación

• MA, MS or MSW required
• LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC licensure required
• Prior juvenile case management experience

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and oversee case plans and treatment programs for youth
• Provide individual, group, family, and case management services
• Supervise group living staff and ensure documentation and regulatory compliance
• Contribute to ongoing program development
