Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions to clients in Kansas. It is a full-time role with a ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours per week, within a nationwide hybrid care model.

Applicants must hold an active Kansas license (LCPC, LCMFT, LSCSW or Licensed Psychologist) and be available for at least 25 sessions weekly. Thriveworks offers credentialing, scheduling, billing support, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Kansas (LCPC, LCMFT, LSCSW, or Licensed Psychologist).
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability.
• Behavioral health generalist open to couples and children.
• Comfortable with modern clinical technology including telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate telehealth care to clients across Kansas.
• Handle credentialing, scheduling, billing and marketing support with Thriveworks.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days after credentialing.
