Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to our nationwide client base.

Independently licensed in Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD). Maintain a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with 20 hours of availability weekly and seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, so you can focus on care.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Virginia.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR tools.
• Committed to measurable client progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care.
• Manage a full caseload with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Maintain sessions with clients nationwide while licensed in Virginia.
