Job summary

Prosper Health is a telehealth-focused mental health service provider dedicated to autistic and neurodivergent adults. We seek licensed clinicians to deliver therapy via telehealth using CBT, DBT, or ACT within a neurodiversity-affirming framework.

Candidates should be licensed independent mental health professionals, proficient with Zoom, EHR, and Slack, and possess excellent communication skills. Telehealth experience is preferred and flexible scheduling is offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a licensed independent mental health professional credential.
• Experience with CBT, DBT, or ACT modalities.
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults.
• Proficient with Zoom, EHR, and Slack.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Telehealth experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth
• Deliver exceptional client care using evidence-based modalities
• Manage client caseloads within a neurodiversity-affirming framework

Requirements

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, or LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Proficiency with virtual care platforms like Zoom, EHR, and Slack
• Excellent communication skills

• Previous telehealth experience
