Job summary

Prosper Health is recruiting licensed mental health professionals to deliver telehealth therapy to autistic and neurodivergent adults using evidence-based modalities. You will maintain a caseload, provide affirming, client-centered care, and participate in peer consultation and ongoing specialized training.

Qualifications

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW/LPC/LMHC).
• Experience with autistic or neurodivergent adults preferred.
• Proficient with Zoom, EHR and Slack for telehealth sessions.
• Comfortable delivering evidence-based therapies remotely.

Requirements

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic and neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Telehealth experience preferred
