Responsibilities

• Teach students basic academic, social, and other formative skills.
• Promote physical, mental and social development.
• Create lesson plans and teach required subjects.
• Observe and evaluate student progress and adapt instruction.
• Communicate with families, counselors and staff on progress.
• Supervise classroom and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Adhere to treatment plans and participate in treatment team meetings.
