Job summary

Thriveworks is currently seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in St. Louis, MO. Thriveworks is a clinician-led mental health care company, with a nationwide hybrid care model and 340+ locations.

Independently licensed in Missouri (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) and able to offer at least 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability. We support you with credentialing, scheduling, and training to build a full caseload promptly.

Qualifications

• Must hold independent Missouri licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD).
• Available for at least 25 sessions with 30 hours weekly.
• Comfortable treating diverse clients, including couples and children.
• Proficient with telehealth and EHR tools.
• Collaborative team player focused on client progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed clinical care to clients via telehealth or in-person sessions.
• Maintain a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Collaborate with a clinical community and participate in supervision.
• Utilize EHR tools and telehealth technology to document care.
• Adhere to credentialing and compliance requirements.
