Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Winston-Salem, NC. We foster a clinician-led environment with robust support to deliver exceptional care and grow a long-term career.

Qualified providers must hold NC licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LCMHC/LPC or psychologist) and be willing to serve 25+ sessions weekly in a hybrid model offering billing and credentialing support.

What We’re Looking For

• Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week
• Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)
• Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist in North Carolina
• Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation

Up to $108,100, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
