Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver a blend of telehealth and in-person sessions from Rowlett, Texas. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered for a limited time, with a pathway to leadership roles and professional development.

Clinicians must hold Texas licenses (LCSW/LMFT/LPC or PhD/PsyD) and reside in the practicing state. The role provides guaranteed pay, paid orientation, PTO, annual raises, and robust benefits, with a schedule from 7am–10pm across seven days.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the Texas independent licenses: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or be a licensed clinical psychologist (PhD/PsyD).
• Clinicians must be licensed and reside in the state where they practice.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Rowlett, Texas.

Qualifications

All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Texas:

• LCSW or LMFT or LPC
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.

Compensation

Up to 105,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.
