Job description

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Appleton, WI.

Qualifications:

1. All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Wisconsin: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD).
2. Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.

Compensation: Up to $120,900 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

What We Need:

1. Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
2. Behavioral Health Generalists - open to seeing couples and/or children (we provide support!).
3. Candidates that may be looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisors.
4. Self-guided determination to complete your notes inside of 24 hours.
5. Strong character matters - integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care to name a few.
6. Individuals who enjoy being a part of a team and working together to professionally develop.
