Mental Health Therapist (Contractor, Texas-Dallas-Fort Worth Area)

Octave is hiring Licensed Clinicians to provide high-quality behavioral health care to adult clients via video. Candidates must be licensed in Texas at the master's or doctoral level, experienced in evidence-based therapies like CBT or DBT, and capable of delivering culturally responsive care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing short-term, evidence-based therapy for mental health concerns such as stress, depression, and anxiety.
  • Building and maintaining therapeutic alliances with clients.
  • Delivering feedback-informed care using standardized measures.

Qualifications:

  • PsyD, LMFT, LCSW, LPC; current Texas license; in good standing.
  • At least 1 year of post-license clinical experience; 2+ years preferred.
  • Experience with CBT, DBT, or trauma-focused therapies is a plus.
  • Must have own office space in Houston/Pasadena/The Woodlands and be willing to provide in-person services.
