This full-time, on-site role focuses on high-quality surveying for diverse client projects. You will conduct field surveys, analyze data, prepare legal descriptions, and collaborate with engineers and designers. Proficiency in Civil 3D or Carlson and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a licensed PLS.
• Proficient with Civil 3D and Carlson.
• Able to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication with clients and teams.

Responsabilités

• Conduct field surveys and record land boundaries.
• Analyze survey data and maps to determine property lines.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects on projects.
• Use GPS, GIS, and surveying software to process data.
• Prepare survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions.
• Research deeds and land records for project details.
• Ensure compliance with surveying standards and safety.
• Provide expert testimony on boundary disputes.
• Stay updated on surveying tech and methods.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment.
