Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying/Engineering or a scientific area required.
• Licensed (LS) in one or more states where Timmons Group conducts business required.
• 5–10 years of surveying experience.
• Proficient with Civil 3D software.
• Experience with GPS/RTK technology and machine control models.
• Understanding of project accounting; ability to manage schedule and budget for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage/perform design-related surveying projects using Civil 3D, CAD, and related software.
• Oversee client accounts and prospects; marketing and client development.
• Maintain relationships with clients and cross-sell services.
• Coordinate project staff, schedules, and budgets; prepare proposals and fees.
• Communicate with division manager, clients, staff and internal design team.
