• Supervises clients' treatment from intake through completion and tracks progress and reports.
• Works in a multi-disciplinary team to motivate and prepare clients and significant others in the recovery process.
• Develops individualized treatment plans addressing physical, emotional, vocational, social, and spiritual needs with measurable objectives.
• Works with clients individually to improve problem solving and coping skills.
• Maintains case records and HMIS entries; ensures accuracy and completeness.
• Compiles and presents monthly statistics on services provided.
