FEH Design is seeking a licensed structural engineer to join our Des Moines team and collaborate with colleagues across all disciplines. The role emphasizes clear communication with clients and consultants while delivering rigorous technical analyses.

Qualifications

• Accredited undergraduate or master’s degree in Structural Engineering
• 7+ years of professional experience
• Revit, AutoCAD, and RISA design suite experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in all phases of project design, construction observation, and cost estimation
• Strong portfolio of previous projects

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, firm leadership, and team members across all disciplines.
• Frequent client and consultant interactions.
• Produce accurate technical and contract documentation.
• Mentor young professionals along their engineering career path.
