Job summary

Level Engineering & Architecture seeks a Licensed Structural Professional Engineer (PE) for a hybrid 1099 contract in the Denver Metro region. The role offers a base salary with performance-based upside and uncapped commissions within a flexible workload model, from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins.

Day-to-day work is remote with local site visits and meetings; responsibilities include analysis, design, documentation, inspections, and client coordination. PE license required; non-sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional structural engineering experience across residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Experience producing structural calculations, construction documents, and technical reports.
• Authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Execute structural engineering analysis and design for residential and commercial building projects.
• Develop structural solutions for new construction, renovations, and existing structures.
• Prepare structural calculations, construction documents, reports, and narratives.
• Conduct and document inspections and retrofit recommendations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, surveyors, and project partners.
