Job summary

Stone Building Solutions LLC is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer (PE) to advance our commercial engineering, reserves, and insurance recovery work in Florida. You will inspect buildings, write precise reports, and communicate complex concepts in plain language to clients.

Expect statewide travel and leadership responsibilities with a dynamic, growth-oriented team. We offer a results-driven environment with base salary, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• PE license mandatory (Professional Engineer).
• 3+ years inspecting buildings and estimating renovations >= $150k.
• 2+ industry designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Survey properties and conduct structural assessments.
• Write detailed building reports and scope outlines.
• Manage diaries and tasks to expedite cases and maximize resolution.
• Write detailed and precise estimates.
• Travel statewide to sites.
