You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, manage scheduling, inventory, and compliance, and partner with district leadership to deliver on Starbucks standards and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing, coaching, and developing teams in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
• Strong background in retail operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial management.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet customer needs while maintaining operational excellence.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions that benefit both store and customer experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team and customer base.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• Understanding of wage laws, health and safety regulations, and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and inspire the store team to consistently deliver legendary customer service and develop action plans to meet objectives.
• Regularly assess store operations and key business indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and provide real-time coaching.
• Clearly communicate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and alignment on priorities using existing tools.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and address operational challenges.
• Oversee staffing levels to meet needs while balancing labor costs and maximizing productivity; manage inventory to minimize waste.
• Ensure adherence to wage and hour laws, safety, and compliance requirements to maintain a safe environment.
