Responsibilities

About this opportunity:

The person in this role is responsible for various tasks that ensure high customer satisfaction in a cost-effective manner. The Licensed Engineer oversees the safe and reliable operation of Power Plant equipment and machinery, including Steam Boilers, Cogeneration Chillers, Emergency Generators, Compressors, Auxiliary Equipment, and Electrical Switchgear/Distribution Panels. They provide uninterruptible utility supplies to the facilities. Experience in operating Co-generation Boilers, Emergency Generators, Chillers, Compressors, and other auxiliary equipment is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recent hospital or building maintenance experience.
• Engineering graduate or equivalent training and experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). HAZMAT material handling certification is a plus.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electro-mechanical systems, and uninterruptible power supplies.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and computers.
• Steam Boiler License - Unlimited HP.
