This position involves overseeing the safe and reliable operation of Power Plant equipment such as Steam Boilers, Cogeneration Chillers, Emergency Generators, Compressors, Auxiliary Equipment, and Electrical Switchgear/Distribution Panels. The role requires experience in operating Co-generation Boilers, Emergency Generators, Chillers, Compressors, and auxiliary equipment.

Responsibilities

All employees are expected to perform their duties in alignment with the organization's vision and values. The Licensed Engineer ensures the efficient operation of power plant machinery, providing continuous utility supplies to the facilities while maintaining safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recent hospital or building maintenance experience
• Engineering degree or equivalent training and experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field; HAZMAT material handling certification
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electro-mechanical systems, and uninterruptible power supplies
• Basic electronics and computer skills
• Steam Boiler License - Unlimited HP
