Qualifications

• Requires CA SLP licensure and strong communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare, preferably SNF, with knowledge of regs.
• Proficient in medical records and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' speech and swallowing abilities using standard assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy for articulation, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
