• Manages caseload and schedules individual or group therapy sessions.
• Educates residents, families, and caregivers on speech therapy post-discharge.
• Adheres to PPS guidelines and ensures proper documentation and billing.
• Oversees techs and mentors affiliating students under supervision.
• Maintains safe, sanitary environment and complies with standards.
