PruittHealth in Buford, GA is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) / Speech Therapist to evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in SNF settings.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, document clinically, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of practice.
• Clinical Fellowship candidates considered where applicable.
• Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, home health, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Perform dysphagia, cognitive, and communication assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers.
• Educate patients and families on treatment objectives and outcomes.
