Equinox is seeking a Licensed Spa Coordinator in Marina Del Rey to lead spa operations, greet guests, and provide outstanding service. The role requires an active Massage Therapy or Esthetics License, and experience in leading a team to financial success.
You will drive guest satisfaction, manage staff, oversee daily operations and promotions, and ensure a premium guest experience in a fast-paced luxury setting.

TheLicensedSpa Coordinatoris responsible for helping ensure a memorable experience for our Spa guests. This includes greeting guests as they enter the facilities, orienting guests to the spa facilities, and providing personal guest service.

Pay Transparency : $20/hr for all hours worked, plus commission of $46+ per session, with monthly bonus opportunity.
