Under the Administrator’s direction, you will plan, organize, and develop programs and services that meet residents’ medically related emotional and social needs in a person‑centered care environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a Licensed Social Worker in good standing.
• Completion of secondary education at an accredited school of Social Work.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in geriatric, adult, or long‑term care social work is strongly desired.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and team members.
