Job summary

Briarwood Nursing and Rehab in Flint, Michigan is seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our dedicated care team. You will assess residents, develop individualized care plans, and provide counseling to residents and families to support psychosocial well-being.

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Social Worker (LSW) certification in the state of Michigan
• Strong knowledge of social work principles, theories, and practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with residents and their families

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents
