Job summary

Brookhaven Hospice is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide compassionate care to hospice patients in Marlborough. You will assess patients' psychosocial needs, implement care plans, and provide counseling to support emotional well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a Master of Social Work, be licensed as a Social Worker, and have at least one year of experience in healthcare. A comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay of $35.00 - $40.00 per hour are offered.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education

• Required: Master of Social Work from an accredited school of social work

License Requirements

• Required: Licensed as a Social Worker from the State Board of Social Work

Experience

• Preferred: Minimum one (1) year experience as a social worker in a hospice setting
• Required: Minimum one (1) year experience as a social worker in a healthcare setting; long term care or medical surgical/acute care setting preferred

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
