LifeStance Health in Utah is actively hiring licensed therapists to join our expanding clinical team. You’ll provide high-quality behavioral healthcare, work in a hybrid model (2–3 days in the office, 1–2 days remote), and benefit from strong administrative support and a generous compensation package.

The role requires full Utah licensure (LCSW/CMHC/LMFT) and a completed master's degree with no supervision required. Sign-on bonuses and new cash incentives are offered where applicable.

• Must have completed a Master's degree and no longer require supervision.
• Hybrid role with in-office and remote work.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

• Fully licensed in Utah (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
• Must have completed a Master's degree and no longer need supervision.
• Hybrid role!

IMMEDIATE NEEDS- not a requirement but a PLUS!

• Trauma Therapists (EMDR certified or training for EMDR certification)

$75,000 - $106,000 a year

Lifestance Health is growing. We have the following offices opened in and around the Salt Lake City area, Bountiful, Riverton, Lehi, Murray, Pleasant Grove and Draper Utah. We will be opening more offices in 2027!
