LifeStance Health in Utah is hiring licensed therapists. We offer a hybrid model (2–3 days in office, 1–2 remote), above‑market compensation, full benefits, and a strong focus on work–life balance.

We seek fully licensed Utah clinicians (LCSW, CMHC, LMFT) who have completed a Master’s program and are out of supervision. Bilingual skills are a plus. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $106,000 per year with a sign‑on bonus for fully licensed therapists.

• Fully licensed in Utah (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
• Must have completed a Master's program and be out of the supervision stage.

$75,000 - $106,000 a year

Lifestance Health is growing. We have the following offices opened in and around the Salt Lake City area, Bountiful, Riverton, Lehi, Murray, Pleasant Grove and Draper Utah. We will be opening more offices in 2027!
