LanceSoft is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) for a Hybrid role in New York. This full-time position offers a salary of $70,000–$80,000 per year and blends one day on-site with four days remote.

Responsibilities include behavioral health assessments, therapy (CBT, MI, crisis intervention), care coordination, and risk management within an integrated care team. Spanish-speaking applicants are preferred.

Competenze
