Job summary

LTE Care Plus, Inc. is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to design and lead a new Family & Social Services program.

The role focuses on launching intake procedures, service protocols, and staffing to support families of children, adults, and seniors receiving ABA and behavioral health services. Candidates will conduct clinical assessments, provide individual/group/family therapy, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation while building a sustainable program and team

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license with psychotherapy and social work experience.
• Experience building or expanding a clinical or social services program is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD-9/10, CPT coding, and diagnostic evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and oversee a new Family & Social Services program, including intake procedures and staffing.
• Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations with HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling using CBT, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, and ABA-informed approaches.
• Develop personalized treatment and family support plans with ongoing case management.
• Provide crisis intervention and crisis management to ensure safety and stability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients with complex conditions.
• Build referral pathways and resources for families navigating disabilities or special education systems.
• Maintain records via EMR systems in compliance with HIPAA and data standards.
• Track program outcomes and contribute to data collection to inform service delivery.
• Conduct community outreach and home visits to extend program reach.

Job description

LTE Care Plus is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to launch and lead a new Family & Social Services program within our organization. This is a unique opportunity for a clinical leader to build a program from the ground up — establishing protocols, intake processes, and service delivery models to support the families of the children and adults we serve. You will bring your expertise in psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and case management to design a program that addresses the mental health and social support needs of our patient population, including children, adults, and seniors receiving ABA and behavioral health services.

This role is ideal for a clinician who wants to shape a program's direction from day one and build a team around it, rather than step into an already-established structure.

Duties

• Design, launch, and oversee a new Family & Social Services program, including intake procedures, service protocols, and staffing structure.
• Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations using medical terminology and HIPAA-compliant documentation practices.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling using therapeutic modalities such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, and ABA-informed approaches.
• Develop personalized treatment and family support plans aligned with patient and family needs, including ongoing case management.
• Provide crisis intervention and crisis management to ensure the safety and stability of patients and families experiencing acute episodes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate care for patients with complex conditions such as PTSD, autism spectrum disorder, Alzheimer's disease, or disabilities requiring special education support.
• Build referral pathways and support resources for families navigating developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, or the special education system.
• Maintain accurate records via EMR systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations and documentation standards.
• Track program outcomes and contribute to data collection efforts to inform and refine service delivery.
• Conduct community outreach and home visits as needed to extend program reach to families in need of community-based support.

Skills & Qualifications

• Active LCSW license, with proven experience in psychotherapy, behavioral therapy, and social work within hospital or community care settings.
• Prior experience building, launching, or significantly growing a clinical or social services program is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9/10 and CPT coding, and diagnostic evaluation processes.
• Expertise working with children, adolescents, and families — particularly those affected by autism spectrum disorder or special education needs.
• Skilled in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care (including PTSD), and family-centered support strategies.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and data management.
• Strong cultural competence across diverse patient and family populations.
• Working knowledge of psychopharmacology as it relates to behavioral health treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage patients and families both individually and in group settings while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.
