The Clinical Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) provides high-quality behavioral health and therapeutic services to participants in the PACE program. This role conducts comprehensive psychosocial assessments and delivers evidence-based interventions—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to support individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment challenges. Working independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team (IDT), the LCSW develops, implements, and monitors individualized care plans. The role also provides crisis intervention, coordinates with physicians and care teams, and ensures accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
