Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work is required.

• Experience with Electronic Health Records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic assessments for new behavioral health referrals promptly.
• Maintain productivity of at least 60% per quarter.
• Complete documentation efficiently and timely.
• Collaborate with primary care providers regarding patient care.
• Conduct appropriate psychological testing to inform diagnosis and care.
• Attend staff meetings as scheduled.
• Supervise practicum students and provide guidance.
