Job summary

Next Step Healthcare in Fall River, MA is seeking a Social Worker (BSW) to support residents in rehabilitation and long-term care. You will conduct screenings, develop plans of care, and coordinate with families and Medicare/Medicaid for financial assistance as needed, reporting to the Administrator.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Social Work or related field and a valid Social Work license. Experience in long-term care is preferred; benefits include PTO, medical, vision, and retirement

Qualifications

• 1-3 years minimum Long Term Experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Related Field required.
• Social Work License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to promote positive morale among residents, families and staff.
• Perform psychological screenings and develop initial care plans including MDS paperwork.
• Review Resident Rights with all new admissions and ensure admission agreement completion.
