AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Social Services Director to join our family and lead resident-centered services. The role focuses on addressing the emotional needs of residents and their families, and supporting admissions and referrals.

You will build a therapeutic, compliant care environment while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance quality of life in our geriatrics-focused facility, collaborating with nursing, social work and clinical staff to develop individualized

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work.
• Two years of experience working in geriatrics.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Licensure required.
• Previous experience with Nursing Homes preferred.
