AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Social Services Director to join our family. This role is resident-focused, team-oriented, and aims to build a compassionate facility culture while supporting admissions and the referral process.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in social work, has at least two years in geriatrics, and possesses a valid driver’s license with licensure. Nursing homes experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience working in geriatrics.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Licensure required.
• Previous experience with Nursing Homes preferred.
