Job summary

Sevita's Rainbow Park Adult Day Health program in Owings Mills, MD is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide psychosocial support, counseling, advocacy, and care coordination to participants and families.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote well-being, independence, and quality of life, completing psychosocial assessments and developing individualized care plans. This part-time role offers meaningful work and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• MSW from an accredited program required.
• Active Maryland Social Work License required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with older adults or healthcare settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Russian or Gujarati language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete psychosocial assessments and individualized care plans.

Job description

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location : Rainbow Park Adult Day Health | Owings Mills, MD

Schedule : Part-Time | 16 Hours Per Week

Wage : $32.00/hour

Language Preference : Russian or Gujarati Speaking Preferred
