Backpack Healthcare is expanding its Michigan team, seeking a licensed mental health therapist for part-time telehealth work. You’ll serve children, adolescents, and young adults across Michigan, with flexible scheduling from 2:00–9:00 PM EST and a fully remote setup.

You’ll provide individual and family therapy, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Earn $60 per billable hour with monthly bonus potential and strong support infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan independent license (LPC, LMSW, or LMFT) required.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) clinicians are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
• Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team (therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, care coordinators).

What You'll Do

You'll provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week , delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Michigan .

Most clinicians see clients during weekday afternoons and evenings (2:00–9:00 PM EST ), with weekend availability welcomed.

You create your schedule—we provide the referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing.

Your day-to-day includes:

Conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments

Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans

Providing evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth

Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators

Completing timely, accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR)

Supporting families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care

What You'll Earn:
