Job summary

Healthcare Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) for a full-time position in Massachusetts. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and evaluate care plans with a multidisciplinary team, and provide counseling to clients and families.

The role includes coordinating community resources and advocating for client rights. Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work and a valid LSW certification, with experience in a healthcare setting

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and teams.
